FAQ
During prime rental periods both properties are first come, first serve. One month is longest available rental period.
During prime rental period June-September and major holidays there are no special offers. Outside of prime rental periods consideration may be given for renting both properties.
We allow cancellation up to 60 days in advance with full refund. Cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to the start of the rental period will receive a 50% refund. No refund within 30 days of rental periods.
Properties require 50% down payment with 50% due 1 month prior to the start of the rental period.
You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent a boat from a local marina’s Both properties are equipped with a dock that will accommodate boats up to 26 feet. There is a public launch site on Maranacook lake in Readfield just off Route 41.
